How to use it
Start with the total your family has agreed, then fill in each line as quotes come in. Change the item names or add lines: a family that hosts guests at home will not need a hotel line, and a family doing a court wedding plus a reception will plan very differently from one doing five functions.
Watch two numbers. “Left” tells you how much is still unallocated. “Per guest” divides everything by the headcount of your largest function, which makes it easier to compare a smaller wedding with more spent per person against a larger one.

- Tips and meals for vendors’ staff on the day
- Transport between functions and to the station or airport
- Outfit alterations and last-minute tailoring
- GST on vendor bills, if quotes were given without it
